What else does everyone pack? This is my first REAL long distance event of the year, here goes nothing
As always, all my racing & triathlon training is to support Ballou Skies, a charity whose mission is to provide funds for groundbreaking research that will assist young men afflicted with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy.
Over the past 4 years, my team and I have raised $10,000 and hope to blow this year out of the water. Any dollar helps! We appreciate your support.

Love the checklist idea. Forgetting something important, like goggles or shoes, on race day is always a fear of mine.
Also, that’s really admirable how you connect your race efforts to a charity. I just did a triathlon last weekend as part of Team Save the Children. It was really special to help make a positive impact through triathlon.
Good luck this weekend!
